What is the name of your state? New Jersey

I am being sued for non-payment of a $3000 credit card debt.
My 'answer' to the summons will be that I am mentally disabled - which I am - and that my disability prevents me from making rational decisions - which it does.

What is the likelyhood that a judge will order my $1300 monthly check to be garnished, and, for how much per check?

Thank you very much.

What can they do?

I appreciate that Social Security cannot be garnished, but, what does the collection company hope to get, or do?

They know my situation, as I have told them. Might it be their sole intention to get a 'judgement' against me, so it goes on my credit history?

Nothing left to give..what then?

I have nothing left to give...no other monies, few posessions...a 16 year old vehicle..

What assumably will happen, if you have an idea?

Will I be forced to sell what few posessions I have? (sofa, loveseat, bed and bureaus, 2 - 19" tv's)
Will they take my 16 year old vehicle?
