I just had a garnishment placed on my account. My question is, can the same plaintiff place another garnishment after the garnishment return date?

I know this is a free advise forum, but I thought this would be a simple question. I was told they can not garnish the bank over and over, is that true?

No it isn't true. They can garnish you until the debt is paid.
