What is the name of your state? Illinois
Last summer my sister filed an order of protection in the behalf of my daughter--all in all--I have been to court 5 times and never lost custody of her. My sister did have her for 7 weeks untill first court hearing. Anyway in the order of protection the judge granted her the right to get my daughter's clothing--this she did while I was not at home. She took clothing, toys, decorations. items from my deceased wife's jewlery box, bycycle, t.v.,and food from refridgerator.
This she done on June 12,2004--July 21, 2004 the judge ordered her to return all that she took--he gave her 24 hours--still I have not had everything returned, and no money for a lawyer. I was trying to be nice but now I don't care --What can I do--can I have her arrested.

You're going to have to take her back to court for contempt - you can do that w/o a lawyer.
