California.

Im 15 and my g/f is 14. We have been together for about 6 months and some of her old friends that are like jealous(i guess) of our relationship are saying stuff to her sister like "oh hes too controling like one time she had a hotdog and he took it and told her u dont need this" which isnt true. Her sister is sort of like a tattletale and she told her dad and then now, her dad wants my phone number and address so he can yell at me and then yell at my mom for raising me up like this. He is also thinking about sending her to another school if she doesnt break up with me and i really need help right now because breaking up with her is not an option because i really love her... :(

thanks in advance :o

My response:

Sorry. We don't do "hormones". Was there a "legal" question in there somewhere?

My response:

What a stupid idiot. At what moment in time did you become a blithering idiot?

Show me a law, any law, that makes 16 years of age some sort of a "magic" number under California law. And, about the $500.00, that's bullcrap too. All Daddy needs to do is obtain a Restraining Order. The courts hand those out like candy.

Parents are allowed to decide who their kids see and hang with. You have no choice in the matter at all if Dad tells you to shove off and leave his kid alone.

You Love her?

Okay, let's just say you love her. If there is love between the both of you, the two of you need to respect the wishes of her parents. When her parents see that you are abiding by her wishes maybe they will be able to allow her to see you again. Again, you two are just babies. Kids your age change b/f and g/f like they change their underwear. In say, two years, if the love is still there then you two can get back together.

AMAZING!! I just posted a few days ago and got NOT ONE response, then I read over the new posts and find that several have taken the time to give advice on THIS issue! YOU MUST BE KIDDING?!
And here I was thinking this was a place to get help from people. How wrong I was.

Thanks for absolutely NOTHING!

Tell pops to f off if he doesn't like it. On another topic, if you're banging her be careful becuase when you hit sixteen you will be open to all types of legal actions that can affect the rest of your life, if you aren't already. So like it or not, you might want to consider finding a older lady. Since you need to leave her anyways, I would tell pops that it will cost about $500 to get rid of you.

Siince when and where is it legal to bang a 14 year old but illegal to bang a 16 year old??????????
That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard.

Looks like you changed your screen name between post one and post two. No wonder dad told you to hit the road. Now do as a kid is supposed to do, respect authority and leave his baby alone. If not he may not be talking to you but talking to your daddy and telling him to make sure you stay the hell away from his kid. I know that is what I would do with my 14 yr old daughters boyfriend of the week..

and another thing, at 15 and 14 you have no idea what love is. Oh yea, I think they call it puppy love. Cue Donny Osmond.....

The thing about being children (legally), is that you have to have both sets of parents permission to do ANYTHING. In a few more years when you're both legally adults, you can do what you want, but for now you have to obey the parents, to avoid the extra problems you'll be stuck with forever. If it's true foreverlasting love (never seen it so I doubt it even exists!), you'll be back together when you're not minors anymore. What's a few years in a whole life time?
