Unreal...

Y'know, I couldn't resist taking a look at some other threads that the Three Stooges (AHA, Bali, and Breeze) posted to this site. Not surprising to see that you all have serious attitude problems. Almost every single one was negative!

So my next question is why in the world do any of you come to a site like this over and over? If you're not an attorney or someone seeking informative counsel, what other reason do you have to post here? Even worse, to post sarcastic comments...?

The only thing I can think of is that you're all bitter about your divorces and have decided to haunt the divorce forum as payback. Boys and girls, take it out on your ex's! Get therapy! Do something with your collective selves!

In any event, based on the fact that no has been able to fully answer this question tells me that no one is really very sure. That's good news because many of you would have loved to have said that it can't be done, and since it wasn't, there must be a good chance of pursuing this.

Anyway, time move on to the next step which is to have counsel with a real attorney versus the cyber ones. Thanks to those of you who offered well-intended responses, and to the others, enjoy your stay in cyber-limbo...it's obviously a compulsion that is getting the best of you.

Ciao,

MM

Wow!

You all are a tough group. Maybe if we looked at what this guy is asking and not take it so personal... or whatever. Divorce is ugly and unfortunatly more often then not one of the parties gets the raw end of the deal. Could be because one has a snake of a lawyer, or one just wants to make the other miserable. But maybe just maybe this guy really cares for this woman and was just asking for some help. If her ex did hide stuff during the proceedings then why shouldn't he get caught? What are the national statistics on what happens financially to men after divorce vs. women? Come on guys give the guy a break and if you can't offer any solid information then let it be.

Maybe you should study the law before yo speak.

A property settlement, once adjudicated, is not apealable absent a mistake of law.

I never disputed the fact that IF the ex hid something, it should be addressed!

"If you can't offer any solid information then let it be"
Which should apply to all then, including yourself!

Once again, a property settlement, absent a material error of law, is not appealable.

I'm just defending myself from the bozo who claims I say things that I don't. All he is interested in is calling people names so obviously he doesn't give a sh*t about what he can legally do or not.
