Thanks for the response everyone. I just thought it would be okay to use my wife's userID. But to answer some of the questions, I pay 180 a month in child support and is required to have health insurance but I'm providing health insurance because the mother provide that for our child.

I just wanted to know when we go to court can she request half of daycare if it's not in the court order? and can she request a modification in child support.

Either party can request a child support review.

YOU HAVE BEEN TOLD SEVERAL TIMES TO GET YOUR OWN USERID. YOu just don't feel like it apparently. For crying out loud try following the rules and make your own id. Dont' make excuses for why you refuse to follow the rules. DO SO. I can see you and your wife are real peaches in court -- you don't think the law applies to you either, do you?
