Wrong. Crack open a dictionary.

Nor do you have a clue as to what in the hell you are talking about.

And you're obviously not a Coroner either.

You got something right. His family could file a wrongful death lawsuit against the culprits. It could get the family monetary damages.

Obviously some people get off on this site being unbelievably rude to others. The "know it all" attitudes are sickening and before you want to condem me and treat me like I'm an idiot, tell me your profession, because you must be an attorney, right? And tell me what gives you the right to talk to people like they are insignificant. I mean your attitude is like this is your world and we are just living in it. Your name suits you...GROW UP. If something I said was "wrong" then tell me...don't put me down. That doesn't say much for your maturity level. Or, if you would like to put me down...say it in a pm...that way we can talk about it one on one. And futher more...please explain how I don't know what the hell I am talking about. And last but not least....how does a dictionary apply to anything in that post whatsoever. Since when do people go to dictionaries for legal advice.

First of all, the main word that staceychuck spoke was "COULD", not will. While your dictionary is still open, try looking that word up. Second of all, I don't see where you have posted anything to contradict what he/she has posted either so who are you to say that he/she doesn't know what they are talking about. There are many different charges that COULD apply here...ooh, theres that word again. It is within the DA's discretion to bring charges upon the culprits, which now, COULD include Murder 1, Murder 2, Manslaughter, or simply Assault w/ a Deadly Weapon or simple Assault. I'm sure there are others. But staceychuck was not wrong in anyway and it seems to me that you are here for the sole purpose of attacking a member who was only offering their opinion and advice, which you seem to do all the time. Unless you were there at the scene of the crime, collected the evidence, interviewed witnesses, an attorney on this case, or the actual perpetrators of the crime, don't tell someone that they know nothing as to what they are talking about because I believe they have stated some very legimitate and possible scenarios. Prove otherwise.

Myst and stacychuck -- both of you are very new members. Please don't get involved in board arguments. Please do spend your time reading and learning. Post when you KNOW something that is helpful. It's always good to back up your statements with citations.

But this arguing has got to stop: it's not productive and stirs up bad feelings. It's no way to start your membership.

Just because we are new posters to this forum doesn't mean we don't have a clue as to what we are talking about. As for "starting arguments" nothing could be construed as argumentative until staceychuck was basically reffered to as an idiot. So who is starting what here? I agree that it is not productive and stirs bad feelings. However, when a SENIOR member outright targets someone who is only offering what they truly feel is advice, that is wrong and is no way to carry on a membership. I understand that this is a legal advice forum but it also states when you sign up for this forum you are not guaranteed advice from actual attorneys, and everyone has their own interpretations. I am pretty sure staceychuck did not set out to start an argument. They were only trying to be helpful and GROWUP should have had the maturity to PM them instead of outright attacking them. That goes totally against what you wrote to me...a newbie...someone who is supposedly ignorant to rules and the ways of the game. Looks to me some of the senior members need to heed to their own advice.

Well, at least now no one can say I didn't try. :rolleyes: {Note to Fair: that was for you! As is this: :) :p ;) }

I can guarantee you that is as nice as anyone is going to be to you, if you continue to be pestilent.

That's right. I am a pr!ck. About time you recognized!

The "know it all" attitudes are sickening and before you want to condem me and treat me like I'm an idiot, tell me your profession, because you must be an attorney, right?
If attitudes from people like mine are "sickening", then don't visit this site. I always laugh at idiots like you who complain about sites like this. But yet, you are under no obligation whatsoever to post, let alone visit. So, here's a clue, Paris: DONT FREAKING VISIT THE SITE. Pretty simple ain't it?

Oh, what I do is none of your damn business and irrelevant to this.

And tell me what gives you the right to talk to people like they are insignificant.
Because you're inviting me -- and others too by your ignorance.

I mean your attitude is like this is your world and we are just living in it.
Waaaahhhhhh...drama queen.

Your name suits you...GROW UP.
Is that your idea of humor? Don't quit your day job.

If something I said was "wrong" then tell me...don't put me down. That doesn't say much for your maturity level.
LMFAO. Your ignorance, again, invites it.

Or, if you would like to put me down...say it in a pm...that way we can talk about it one on one. And futher more...please explain how I don't know what the hell I am talking about. I don't do PM's and if I need to explain the dictionary part to you, which I won't do...well then forget it.
