This girl got busted with a little bit of weed, and she told the cops she got it from me to protect who she got it from. So will all they do is just question me?? Or could they arrest me for her just saying she got it from me?

I'm confused. If it was such a small amount of "mary j", why the questioning on where it came from? Who cares? Suzy has a joint, let's just slap her on the wrist. Ergo, you make no logical sense.

I.E., Billy gets busted with a joint. Tommy gets busted with 3 pounds. Chances are, Billy's home free and Tommy's getting screwed.

So will all they do is just question me??

If I was an officer, I certainly wouldn't waste that much time on "Billy getting busted with a joint".

Person A got parapharnellia and a minor. Person A turned in that girl to get ouf of the minor, and that girl for some reason said she got it from me.

Just curious to see if they'd come and ask me questions or anything cause this is a small town and this new drug cop is harrassing everyone

No, the cop is doing his job.

If possession of a joint is a nothing crime in your state, they probably won't do much more than talk with the girl. If the girl is suspected of dealing or holding a lot of dope, they will (of course) have to get more evidence than the word of person A.
