Out of curiosity...Is filing an Objection easier/less intense than the battle you've already been through? How does that work once you've received a ruling? There is no real way that could hurt you right? Like..."Well the ruling wasn't enough for you I see...so we will say two week days now because you didn't like the one..." It could not work like that, right?

Thanks for sharing about it here. It is a great lesson for me in watching someone stand their ground against that emotionally manipulative pressure. I admire the way you have handled yourself in the face of all that.

I could be wrong and I'm sure that OG or someone else more lawyerly will correct me.... I think the objection is a chance for the judge to fix it before I appeal.
It's been a long, hard road. At this current moment, I am emotionally drained. The first round is over and there is still more work to do, but I'm taking a break from it for a few days. It's easy to stand your ground when you KNOW that you are trying to protect your children. I can get away with that line cause I didn't pick them to parent my children!
