Well Klady, you go right ahead and follow the advice given by the two members of the idiot klan. After all, you have PROOF right?

As for the other two of you, you're a joke. Now if you think you have anything to contribute except acting like a troll, please state the federal, state or local law that a person who uses their work e-mail in personal business has broken?

I'll wait. After all, you know better than anyone else here.

Okay klady, I'll try again, and then maybe they'll lock the thread.

What the guy is doing is not illegal, thus employment LAW doesn't apply, and that's what is usually discussed on this board.

What he is doing may or may not be against company/gov't policy. If you feel the need, report him. You need not give your name. They may or may not investigate, and may or may not discipline the guy, but you will have done your civic duty, and unless you brag about it, no one will know you did it.

The OP sounds like the kind of person who would follow her mailman around all day and report him for taking 20 minute breaks instead of 15.

And what type of person is it you're supposed to sound like? The type who has too much free time on their hands? Talk about trolls

I don't think she needs your permission. For all you know, she has already reported him and he's been given his walking papers (I hope).

Wait for what? Why? You're the one who doesn't give a rat's ass, remember?

Yeah, to give sensible answers and address issues. What's your excuse?

Never mind. Allen03 nailed it.

To give trolls like you a reason to exist.

Now, try typing with BOTH hands next time.

Isn't it about time you caught the school bus? Or did mommie give you the day off to run and buy her some Jack Daniels?

The only issue that hasnt been presented is:

Using his work email in his profile does not mean he is using a work computer. He may prefer to have emails sent to his job instead of home. He may also be using a notebook computer with wireless access, that has nothing to do with his work computer.

I sometimes use my work email as a contact address for the same reason.

I think it's neem fully presented. Read Klady's post in response to Cbg. Even befre that it was obvious.

So.........he might have a laptop beside his desk and he only posts and sends personal e-mails during his break and lunch? That's REALLY reaching.

Posting of scenarios and problems on this forum are taken on as "as is" basis and I have yet to "see" any proof of anything.

To the original poster....I love how people attack gov't/federal employees....kinda like the police, you don't want them, need them or like them, until YOU need them. Get off the soap box.

According to loocpoc's post he is employed by an agency of the Govt. and KNOWS what he is talking about.

Without proof, this employee may have grounds for other action when found not guilty of any investigation. There must be grounds FOR an investigation...just because YOU say you know it is true is NOT grounds!

Look, what if YOU set up the forum account and used his e-mail address yourself? It can be done, so don't go there. This is why you would have to have the IP address of which the posts originated from. Secondly, do you know the policies of this persons' employer? Do you know how many hours a day he works or when the breaks may be....Simply you appear to be another scumbag trying to make trouble for another person....Talk about tax payer money...how about if YOU calculate how many TAX dollars it will take to investigate your frivilous complaint.

Call in anonymous complaint if it will make you feel better.

Hmmmm. I think it's interesting the direction this discussion has taken. I'm not referring to the resident hyena; I mean that most people have come in and offered various excuses and explanations for what he's doing. Puhleeeze.

How does anyone KNOW that anyone referred to in ANY thread is doing what someone says they are?

As far as targeting govt employees, I actually know of several situations where people in private sector have been fired for similar behavior (2 were already mentioned)

"Call in" an anonymous complaint? No. Send the evidence. Then there will be GROUNDS for an investigation.

Something else that some people are ‘forgetting' is that there does NOT always have to be grounds (and certainly not evidence) for employers to look into a situation when a complaint is made. "Investigation" is a melodramatic term but call it what you will.

Someone complains that a clerk was rude to them in a store. The manager doesn't need a tape recording or video in order to look into it.

This situation is simple. All they have to do is have the IT people check to see what he's been doing on the computer and when. This should be routinely done anyway, unless he IS the IT security person - which would be almost funny. They can easily go to the links provided by klady. Hey, folks, it's not that hard. Oh,he can say someone else stole his password, or others are doing the same thing (not a defense) or whatever, but I bet they find PLENTY on this guy.

I, too, think it's interesting that people are talking about waste of taxpayers money looking into this but they turn a blind eye to all the time, etc. he is wasting. It doesn't take that long to look into this to verify.

But, if as many seem to think, he's not doing anything he shouldn't be doing, then case closed.

All the stuff about prosecuting Klady and this guy suing for libel is totally nuts.

And to Hexeleibe: you can zzzzzzzzzzz all day if you like. THEY ARE GONNA GET HIM!

Note I HAVE read the thread and see a LACK of actionable evidence...just accusations.

You don;t know who the hyena is and you don;t see any evidence.

You need to open your eyes.
