My childrens grandmother wants our new number, but we don't want her to have it.
It's not becouse we don't want her talking to her grandchildren, becouse she does. We call her once a month and she has their email addresse. Its just we want our phone number private until me and my x-wife goes to court.
The question is. Is there anyway grandmother can get the number other then me giving it to her? Just wondering becouse i got a phone call today, when they asked for me and I said this was him, they hung up.I think the grandmother is up to something.

Simple Solution

Get a second number. Give her the current number since it is possible she already has it.

Keep the second number unlisted and a secret. Hook up the first number to an answering machine for about a month in case someone tries to call you that you want to hear from. Leave it hooked up to the machine as long as no one abuses that line by calling it constantly, etc. Unhook the machine and turn the ringer off if someone does do so.

Then, you take the answering machine and soak it in lemon juice for 5 hours, return it to service and enjoy the bitterness of your message..

No, no, no! Martha Stewart says lemons and answering machines don't work. Vinegar (she prefers apple cider vinegar) is a better choice for answering machines and you can always use any extra lemons to make your own ink with.
