If a father dies in louisiana and the mother runs to new jersey and puts the child up of adoption what rites do the fathers parents have to visitation of the child?

Without some background on this, do the father's parents want to adopt? Unless they are harmful or terrible people, wouldn't it be better to keep the child within the family instead of going to strangers? Again, without knowing much, I would think the parents would want to be involved with their deceased son's child. They will lose contact if you give that child up for adoption. Ultimately, consider what's best for that child's future.
