Green Card Document Submissions and Criteria

I have my US Green Card Application in process. I am an Indian resident at present. I’m in my final document submission stage. The query I have is, my name appears with my first name fathers name and surname in most documents and in some it’s just my first name and surname and in some it’s name surname and fathers name and surname separately. Will there be an issue in the process. If yes, what can be the solution. As the submission time is in January 2021.

I'm not sure what "stage" you are at, but if you have not yet filed the I-485, you need to list all the variations that differ from the one that you are applying under in the "Other Names You have Used."

If at all possible you should endeavor to get the documents you have corrected to match the one you are applying under. If not, be explain why the discrepancy with your application.

Use as many part 14's as necessary.
