What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Nebraska

Can an employer put out a memo stating that employee's who have a legal handicap parking permit can no longer park in those stalls ? The memo said that the handicap stalls are to be used by visitors/customers.

Is this legal, any links to print something up ?

The property owner is required by law to designate a specific number of parking spots for handicap parking. That propery owner also has the right to limit the amount of time one uses these parking spots or restrict the employee parking to a designated area.

I am aware of California H/C parking laws as they mirror (and in some cases are more restrictive) the federal ADA law.
An employer/business owner is to supply the proper number of H/C parking spaces based on the total number of spaces. There is NO time limit (except in rare cases and even then, it must be POSTED) for H/C parking.
It is similar to bathroom facilities. Handicapped facilities, when provided, must be provided for customers AND employee alike.
Read the ADA. Learn your rights. Then exercise them!

Bottom line - Your employer is unlawfully discriminating against disabled employees. This is against the law.

Please provide proof of this statement. If all employees, disabled or not, are required to park in a designated area or parking in a specific area is not allowed by employees, disabled or not, it is not discrimination. The owner of the property also has the right to certain parking areas for customer use only, including handicap spots.
