My son is being harrassed not by the administration but by other children using vulgar and explicit language. This has been going on in our small Ohio village for several months. My son was just suspended for reacting badly to the situation but the other students weren't reprimanded. Do I have ANY recourse. It's of extreme sexually nature.
Sincerely,
Mrs. Gasper

I believe you have several recourses in this matter, if you have let the school know about the harassment tell them you are serious about having the harrassment stop. Tell them that by not "doing" anything in this situation that they are promoting the harassment and if it doesn't stop that you will sue not only the other children but the school as well for the promotion of the harassment. If that doesn't help get a lawyer.
