Can any one tell me if community property laws override quit claims signed during marriage???

He and his "lady" friend, and I use the term very sarcastically.....are out drinking tonight and will be driving home in a vehicle titled to me.....am I responsible for damages or accidents they may have????

How is the property titled and to whom was the quit claim given and why? Why are you still living with him?

:confused: not living with him anymore....property is titled in my name...one quit claim which was signed at purchase reads....
This discliamer deed, made by, ____________________, husband of _________________.
herein after called the undersigned to ___________________, herein after called "the spouse".

2. The property above-described is the sole and separate property of the spouse having been purchased with the separate funds of the spouse.

and the other signed during a refinance reads:

just trying to figure out if he has legal claim to the property or if they are considered sole and separate?
