What is the name of your state? California

Okay, I filed July 16, 2004. He refused to sign, was served Sept. 16, 2004. The papers went to court Feb 28, 2005 and I have been waiting for the hearing date to be set (my paystubs were lost and re-sbmitted April 8). Now, he is okay with everything, doesn't contest the divorce, and I am wondering if he can go sign the papers at the courthouse and get this over with??? We are NOT disputing property or children or ANYTHING.
