I have a judgement and one on the way. my question is, I am head of household and cannot agree on payments. To be exempt as HoH is there a form I file, and does it make me exempt from asset deposition/info subpena.

There are a lot of people selling a lot of things when you Google this. Be very wary and very careful.

I do not know for sure, but it looks like $500 a week is exempt.

I believe there IS a form you need to file to claim the HoH exemption. And that exemption is total. As long as you provide more than 50% support for the family, you are considered HoH.
