What is the name of your state? NJ

If I am head of household, no other income, can they garnish wages after just receiving default judgment?

Thanks ladynred!

Thanks for your help! I always know I'm getting a straight answer from you. We will be motioning the court to vacate default judgment Monday and are confident it will be granted. Learned my lesson on this one.
