What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania
A couple marries, one of them a citizen of the US with the other holding " dual citizenship " in both the US and Canada, would the US citizen be entitled to Canadian Health Care if they separate and the Canadian returns home ?

( Assuming that Canada's National Health Coverage is better than Medicare Plan "D" . )

We don't know much about Canadian law here. However, I would suspect that the US citizen would have to be a legal resident of Canada to be eligible for their national health care.

That question would fall under Canadian law, not Pennsylvania law.

RE: HealthCoverage / Benefits

Sorry ceara19 ,
The individual in question is a resident of PA. The Spouse is now living in Canada. Physical address unknown. This question was brought up during a conversation with the PA resident, and I thought this forum would be a good place to begin looking for an answer.

Thanx any way.

I don't think there is anyone here familiar with Canadian Law. Sorry.
