lets try that again....

pro se, filed Chapt 7. Had creditor meeting, trustee signed off on no asset discharge. Ex wife, as expected, filed motion to lift stay on reversed and remanded large attorney fee award. I had successfully argued to the appeals court that the order granting the award did not show need on the part of my ex, did not show my ability to pay and there were no findings of reasonableness as to the fees. The lower court completely ignored my arguments that during the course of the litigation over several years my ex's attorney had specifically asked for and been denied attorneys fees on several issues, though at the end of the trial he presented all the amounts for all the work he had done and was given an award close to 100G's.

Ex has not filed adversary claim yet, hearing on stay is next week, I'm hoping to persuade the BK judge that the BK court needs to examine the issue, not send it back to the circuit judge who done me wrong in the first place and was reversed...

any free advice out there? not sure if I should expect a short hearing or one with all the evidence presented...I'm prepared for both.
