What is the name of your state?
pennsylvania
i was backed into by a 14 year old driver who was a friend of the owner of the vehicle. when police arrived there was no mention of the minor not having permission to drive it until it came down to his insurance company asking about the accident.
i won in small claims court and it was appealed to the montgomery county courts and i filed a complaint in response to the appeal and they have just answered my complaint with new matter. what do i do now???? any help would be GREATLY appreciated
thanks alot

there is more to discover than just accident report. I.e. insurance claim, damage to vehicles, repair estimates. You just want to b prepared when you go in front of the judge, otherwise, he said she said wont work.

Law school?

Barring that, have you tried the court clerk or your local bookstore or nearest law library or the internet?
