Try putting the puter in another room. Maybe hide it in the basement so if the Probation officer happens by he will not see it.

Also, even if his probation states that he cannot use a computer, how can one possibly avoid being near a computer. Like they are everywhere? I would talk to a lawyer about that one. If the Judge has any sense at all, he or she would know that.

Hiya Im new here and I just wanna say that I was going to post a question but after reading a few topics and seeing how this message board has about 10 trolls running around insulting people I changed my mind. what the hell is going on here?

This is a serious forum with serious issues and if you expect decent people to post here then you need to get rid of smart ass jerks like JETX who just come here to cause trouble and act like kids.

maybe its about time you mods/admins retake this forum from the kiddies and try out that BAN button and send these smart ass losers back home to mommy.

Who the hell cares? As you said, you're new here. And obviously can't read. This poster has already gotten the correct legal answer to her question in her LAST post which included more information, such as, access to a computer was forbidden as a condition of his probation.

Now, since she didn't like that answer, which, by the way, was the CORRECT response, she comes here again and tries a second time. Well, guess what? It's the same answer.

Now, if you're going to stay here any length of time you might want to learn a little about playing games. Because most poster who get answers they don't want to hear play them.

And we don't put up with them.

Oh, and by the way, you owe Jet an apology. Otherwise, YOU might be the one not getting an answer to why you can't post anylonger.

Calm down. If you're adult enough to even have a legal problem and you decide online advice in a PUBLIC forum is your only solution, you should be adult enough to take some opinions. If you think they don't apply to you then they wouldn't bother you would they? Every poster gets legal advice, but many of them don't like the advice because they consider their problems is someone else's fault and the whole world owes them something. Bottom line, you choose a public forum on the internet to divulge your problems, you will get people's reections, good or bad. If you can't take it, hire a lawyer.

Tell ya' what sport. Do a search of all of YOUR posts and do a search of mine, looking for how many people have said "Thank You" for the information you have provided. Then, divide them into the number of posts each of us has made. I am willing to bet you that my pro-rata "thank you's" is say.... 100 times yours. Want to bet??? Then, do a search of mine and count the same.
