Help, Rape In School!!!!!!!!!

I would be as devestated as you are. Are you personally in therapy? You truly need to be in order for you to be strong for your baby. I say baby, because most of us refer to our children as babies no matter how old.

No I go tomorrow at the rape advacate group for parents of rape. They just started monday. I know I need help I can not sleep and I try to put myself in work so I can get through the time. but I have to stay on top of this and make sure my angel get better and safe. she was suppose to be safe if school!!!! The rape advacate informed me this is comman, rape in school. I know another that just happened a few months ago in another school in the next town over.

She is my baby, my angel from god. Her disability is due to during birth her heart stopped and had no heart beat for some time they had to then do emergancy c to try to save her and she almost was not here. She is my angel. she is my world. the love of my life.

When my daughter was born I wrote a poem for her and it was published in 1992.

My little bundle of joy

I stand here watching my little bundle of joy
She sleeps so peaceful like a toy.
Dreaming of good things to come, Not knowing of the bad of some.
So fragile, but so strong in many ways. Still needs her mom to show the way.
Oh dear Little Bundle Of Joy:

I to this day feel as I felt when I wrote this. It makes me smile when I read it but I wish I knew what was going to happen so I could change it. to Stop it. I watched on the news of things like this but never thought it would happen to us. I was stuppid. I wish I could have done some thing. I wish I have never put her in this school. I knew it was bad but never thought it was this bad. But she is in a private school and seems to be a good school and been told it was a good school.

I wish you had told us about your daughter's disability in the begining that makes more sense to what is happening, because they are not secure in putting her on the witness stand. That doesn't mean that the fight is over and hopefully you are getting help from the support group. Hopefully the rape advocates and the ARC advocacy people can get some action.

Was your daughter in special ed when this occured, were the boys also in special ed? Could they identify who the boys were on the viedo and did the rape occur on the tape or out of view? Have you seen the tape? The fact that this seems to be a problem in the schools in your county raises other quesitons.

Your poem is beautiful, it should be a comfort, she is still a gift and a joy in your heart.

yes she was in sspecial ed just returning. I am not sure if they are. I have not seen tape I want to. Yes they state that shows teacher leaving class and all other students except the boys and my daughter (i understand to finish a paper by school officials) shows one boy going to door looking around and then closing door and shutting off light then later I am told boys left acting strange and the principle got up and went to comfront them because of how they were acting. rape was not on tape. Have just come from meeting with police friend and he states family connection with officer doing arrest, dilivering dna from hospital, and testimonies. friend is investigating privately to confirm and one da is acused of the same thing. and the other da has connection with school. freind is getting proof and states if lawyer wants to talk to him to give number.

Have just come from meeting with police friend and he states family connection with officer doing arrest, dilivering dna from hospital, and testimonies. friend is investigating privately to confirm and one da is acused of the same thing. and the other da has connection with school. freind is getting proof and states if lawyer wants to talk to him to give number.

when have proof can I use it to stop the drop or get it to a higher court.

This is good news, hopefully you will find an attorney soon otherwise contact the investigative department of a TV station and they may have connections to encourage the DA to move forwrd by investigating their failure to act in your and other cases, your case would be just a part of the picture.

Possibly because sue/mauree visited and as admin cleaned up after her it was locked but now OP has unlocked it?

I got a PM from her stating she unlocks it and then it is locked after you post. Admin would simply delete mauree's post, not lock a innocent thread. I think poster is doing it without realizing.

I thought maybe by mistake I lock it but second time I know I did not! I change password and now it is not locked. and staying unlocked.

I have talk to several help groups and few other leads waiting on they do there investigation on to confirm my story and find out what the da says also they are contacting officer on confirming the relationship of the arresting officer and the boys. Will come back and leave what happens. Also still looking for a lawyer on making sure this case is not swepped under table and they are let free.


Want to thank eveyone on the leads and have contact them, waiting on replonce, or return calls.
