This is exactly what the order states: (Although he has not complied with this)

IT IS THERE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED as follows:

1. That the Plaintiff and Defendant shall share joint custody of the minor child with the Plaintiff maintaining primary physical custody and the defendant secondary physical custody in the form of visitation rights set forth below:
a) The minor child’s summer break.
b) During odd number years, the minor child’s Easter Holiday and Christmas break from the day school lets out until December 26th.
c) During even numbered years, the minor child’s Spring Break, Thanksgiving Break, and Christmas Break from December 26th until January 1.
d) Open and consistent telephone contact.
e) At such other times as the parties may otherwise agree.

So then (a) doesn't specify any specific day/date/time that other parent is to get the child from/to? Like, what 'day' when Summer Break begins, or what 'day' Summer Break ends? Or specific 'time' of pickup and return? Is other parent entitled to, getting the child the very next day after their last day of school, and then having to have child returned the day prior to school resuming for the next school year?

Yes I see that I'll have to get this modified to be a LOT more specific. How much would an attorney charge for something like this? probably really expensive! :(

In the mean time, it looks like I have a LOT to learn and will be reading as many books as I can about this.

Any suggestions?
