Sorry, but I disagree. Your issues may be of some value and might help offset any claim of breach by your landlord, but I would be very surprised if a court were to do a complete offset. The 'violations' you claim have little if any monetary value.... compared to the breach which is a clear contract issue... with value.As far as I have been told...if we do break our lease then when and if they take us to court we have the evidence for the case to be ruled in our favor. Based on the letters about repairs and the security deposit stuff.
