Hello, My husaband and I would like for him to adopt my two children. I have the forms but am unsure on how to fill some of them out. I would like to see sample forms to make sure I am doing it right. Does anyone out there know where I can see sample forms for Step Parent Adoption in MA? We are looking to terminage the biological fathers rights due to abandonment.

You need to speak with an attorney if you're trying to do TPR for abandonment.

Is the father involved at all? Is he willing?

biological father is not involved and has not seen children for almost 3 years. He has not paid a penny in child support and I have no clue where he is.
