My ex works all the time never spends time with our kids when he has them leaves them with wife or whoever His new wife lost her license due to 2 drinking and driving I am tring to get full custody of them he says I wont because they are better parents then me and husband. He has had our youngest son call me a bad mom in front of me what are my chances of getting my kids I miss them so much

First, please keep your posts to one thread. You really should delete one of the other of the two threads.

Your post is also confusing, because you don't outline your custody situation. This one makes it sound like dad has primary custody....the other one makes it sound like its joint custody with you as primary. Which is it?
