while backing out of a parking, I hit a car that was parked behind my car. I did not see the car parked behind me. I was not sure that I hit the car. I thought that I hit a wall, because when I looked in my rearview mirror I saw a wall. So I drove away. While driving away, I was thinking about it, and I think that I did hit the car. I don't believe there were anyone in the car (according to the store owner). I went back to the scene several times to search for the car and its owner, the car was not there anymore. I called the store where the car was parked and left a message for the owner of the car to give me a call to discuss the accident and see if there are any damages. She has not call. What should I do now. I'm afraid that she might decide to sue me or, worst, I might go to jail for a hit and run accident. help!!
