My car was pareked in my employer's private lot that is designated for employees. The lot is located in the back of the building in which the shipping dock is also located. One of the delivery trucks damaged the driver side of my car. UNfortunately, I do not know which truck hit the car, but it was one of the delivery trucks- as indicated from the looks of the damages. I contacted the police and made an insurance claim for a hit and run. My question is: Is my employer responsibe for paying my deductible?

My wife had the same thing happen at her work. Her car was hit while parked in the employee parking lot. We spoke with our insurance (Geico) and they said they wouldn't cover the claim under uninsured motorist and that the employeer wasn't responsible.

No. If you do not know which particular truck and driver hit your car, their insurance will deny your claim anyway.
