I was driving through a intersection (with video cameras)and a girl ran the red light and hit me and passenger, girl was on cell phone and not paying attention, she got out of car and admitted it was her fault (also have her admitting it on my answering machine)we were shooken up but not feeling hurt at time, at the time of accident I have been on workers comp from work injury so this just made injury flare up again in back(WC injury is 2 disc in neck and 1 in lower back) got a attorney next day due to body ached and passenger (daughter) was sore, went to doctors and went to physical therapy,car was totalled,rental car for 1 month and when I went to my attorney to ask about status I was informed about some things that upset me, she wasnt issued a ticket(police officer didn't make report due to no one left in ambulance /hurt)she ran a red light and admitted it to him even, nor was she issued a ticket from the camera at the intersection,I have chose to close the case due to I don't want this to interferr with my workers comp case, I have been on wc for 4 years and still waiting on that, so my doctor released me 1 month ago....what will happen now and what can me/and daughter expect of settlement wise? this whole thing has been a nightmare on top of nightmare.....
