What is the name of your state? Va.

Me and my friends have been planing a graduation trip for a while. HOwever it turns out that several of us are graduating early, so we will all be 16-17 at the time of this trip.

So my question is: What are the curfew laws in North Carolina, South carolina, Georgia, And Florida for drivers under 18. One of will still have a temporary (paper license) so if anything there is different, i would greatly appreciate it.

Also, do we follow the curfew laws for there drivers, or the curfew laws for those states or virginia? (im pretty sure it theirs, but if not thatd be a lot easier)

Thanks very much in advance.

I'm not sure but I don't think any states have any state wide curfew laws but it depends on the county because some counties might have laws where anyone under 18 cannot be out on the streets (driving or walking) after midnight.

But with driving I don't know what the Va temp lisense permit does it even let you drive out of state?

If it does then there probobly is a curfew for a temp lisense and it would be what ever that state your drive through probobly 12am to 2am maybe?
