I also emailed Rubin. I'm starting to put together some dates. BOA is definately trying to pull something over on me.

4/26/2001 I send payment for BOA not due until 5/15. I always just pay right after the billing cycle, I don't wait for a statement (have bank statement for proof online bank pymnt)

Court mails out automatic stay on 5/11

I'm in the same boat

I had two creditors showing on my credit report that should have said nothing more than "included in bankruptcy." I joined a credit watcher service and disputed them online.

Just got a letter in the mail yesterday that one of them has been dropped from my record. That will help when I emerge from Ch 13 and try to reestablish credit. It doesn't look good to have an open collection account showing on your bureau.

Dispute it, it shouldn't cost you anything.
