Addressing your question though..

One WOULD assume a lesbian was female, no? My answer had nothing to do with her being a woman. It had to do with the cop out answer she gave of saying the girl was wearing a thong. Gender has nothing to do with using these types of justifications as an excuse for having sex with a minor. Or do you think women should be welcome to use those cop outs?
