About the neb treatments in the car. No need to get an additional Nebulizer since the home one, while not the smallest is usually portable. You can get a power inverter at Walmart, Radio Shack, etc. They plug into the lighter in your car and you can plug the nebulizer into that, just as you would a home outlet. I've posted a link as an example of what I mean. I've gone so far as to plug a microwave into one when we had no power for a week.
