I`ve married 10/26/2000 I`ve seperated 8/1/2001,my husband was green card holder but he applied for citizenship and for my I-130 around02/26/01.Then I had order of protection he withdrown the affidavit of support.I was only for 10 months married I `ve talked 3-4 lawyers answer was hopless but God helped meand I found the right person their questions were how long you`ve been married,do you have children?I lost ..But he asked did he ever hit you? yes do you have reports? Yes from hospitals.He forced me for abortion (instead of clinic he took me to a nun ,she witnessed his qruelty another report....this goes on my I 360 approved on jan 17 2003 but priorty date is july 10 2002 if I can find his legal status now I`m sure he must be citizen but who knows I can be legal today ,no fear of deportation...If even he wasn`t if I can find the number & date of I-130 he has filed I can use it as priorty date,,I`ve been searching as my 27 months is going to end in 17 april.INS did not send anything yet...Can anyone help to find the legal documants?
