 I was told the only way my ex-husband's DUI records and many police records of calls re domestic issues could be brought up at a custody hearing is if I actually get an order for the police to release the records. Since he has much more money and a good lawyer, I need all the evidence on my side as possible, but I dont have a lawyer......can I request these documents myself????? If anyone could tell me how to do this I would appreciate it very much. Thank you. This is in Bucks County, PA

-go to the courthouse and contact the county clerk. They should be able to assist you.

you need to have a subpoena issued against the police agency for those records.

you are fighting a battle with one hand tied behind your back if you continue without an attorney.
