Well, I knew there was a trailer involved. Only meth users, who reside in Arkansas, live in trailers. It's a typical scenario we see all the time on these forums.

Besides, what would it matter to your prosecution that you were "set up"? It doesn't matter at all. All it means is that someone you know ratted you out, and got a lesser charge for naming names.

You're going to the "Big House" - - but, at least the prison isn't made of aluminum and doesn't have tires.

Listen here........I was not, I repeat was not living in a trailer. Thank you very much. Not that i care what you think, you think you know everything.....WELL GET A CLUE, YOU DONT ..For your information I wasn't ratted out, there was no drugs in my house...that I was aware of. Untill after the cops got there and did a search. As for your other stupid assumption im not going to the"Big House" all though I think I can safely, assume you have .....A little more information for you since you know it all,, they wouldn't let me file a Motion To Discover, or tell me who called in and since I know I was SET UP, they should have let me file one. In my town the SNITCHES are on paper... what do i know your probally one your self. .Im asking you one more time, DO NOT WRITE ME ANYMORE

ok listen...im not a liar ok..they told me someone called in on me,(the cops)but they wouldnt let me file a motion to discover..to find out who did, like there actually wasnt anyone who called in.. and the drugs that were found was not mine... i didnt mean there wasnt any.. and technically what i had was just used foil.... not crystal on them.. what they found was actual crystal in a bag not much put enough...and i know that they were not there when i went to sleep..or when the cops came in a gave them permission to search cause i knew i had no actual drugs in my house...and thats why i say i wasnt ratted out because i believe the cops put them there....cause they offered to drop everything if I WOULD RAT ON MY UNCLE, WHO THEY CAN NOT CATCH....but when i said no they pinned it on me...ok the town i come from is a very screwed up town the cops are all crooked, the judge was high the day i got arrested,, and there so called free lawyers work for them..............ok im sorry what i was saying was miss leading im really not a liar ok

So what you are saying is, you knew you didn't have any drugs in the "house" because you had already used the drugs you had purchased earlier, AND, in your drug free mind, you forgot to use the other bag the police found (placed) in your....residence.

News flash! You use drugs, therefore, you ARE a drug user. You got busted, now it is time to clean up your act and quit trying to make excuses as to why. If you don't like being busted (or set up) then go to rehab, learn the proper use of the english language (since you are in college), and re-read everything that has been posted on this thread (when you are not under the influence of anything more than "tongue in cheek" your normal state of mind).

Have a nice time in jail. (Jail...another term for forced reflection)
