I am looking for some help. My step dad has been diagnosed with a terminal brain tumour at the age of 37, one of his dreams is to go to Yellowstone park in America. On looking into this it has become apparent that it will be very costly, mainly due to insurance!
My work colleagues and friends have offered to help in raising money by doing a sky dive, I am unsure of how I can go about setting up a way to claim the funds, we have decided that we would like to do this to help both my Stepdad and the Willows foundation charity.

Could you please advise me of what I would need to do in order to raise money for both legally? I have requested a fundraising pack from Willow’s which would be easy to donate to but I am stuck with how to pass the funds to Stepdad legally.

Please could you help by explaining how I can set about doing this?

Simply gift the money over. However, you will not be able to target a particular individual for the money raised to be considered a charitable donation.
