How do I get child support taken out of fathers check????

The father of my children moved to Ca. and is now employed. He has sent child support in the past...(although it is when he wants and is currently 2 months behind and before being employed by this new company...he was employed by his father...but was being paid cash) by sending it directly to the child support agancy. Now that he is employed...I asked if he could please give me the name of where he works so we can have the child support just taken out of his checks...with his response being.."no...I am not telling you where I work!"
Will the child support agency eventually find out where he is working or is this something I need to find out? And if so....how do I find out where he is working if he will not tell me?????

Where he is working is none of your business. Neither is his personal life. Yes, the CSE will find out where he is working. But, he has every right to request that his place of employment be held confidential

call your child support agency and tell them to run his social security number through their database and eventually he should pop up on their radar so they can start taking the child support payments out of his check.i'm not sure if your state does that but I hope for you that they do cause it doesnt seem like he is willing going to tell on himself.It took a month or two after my daughters father started working to find him in this manor but we live in the same state . So just call them and tell them what you know and have them run it . Good luck!!!!!
