DELAWARE LAW
---------------

Summary: I filed a suit in small claims court. The defendant filed a notice of removal. I filed a motion to remand. In response, defendant filed:

1) MOTION with proposed order to dismiss, and quash writ of garnishment (answer brief due on both by 10/10)

2) Opening Brief in support of motion to dismiss and motion to quash writ of garnishment (answer brief due by 10/10)

In order to properly respond to the above, do I need to file 3 seperate pleadings (i.e. "Opposition to Motion to Dismiss", "Opposition to Motion to Quash Writ of Garnishment," and "Answer Brief") or would I simply file a single document such as one titled "Brief in Response in Opposition to Motion to Dismiss and Motion to Quash Writ of Garnishment?"
