What is the name of your state? ks

is there a legal way to win against the pro female system? yes i know its the 21 century but our courts are still VERY pro female in divorce courts. my particular case my wife had me arrested for domestic abuse, took our son out of the house and file a PFA (protection from abuse). even after being aqquited of the abuse the courts still found in her favor in a temporary order and i still can not see my son. you hear every day about descrimination towards women but this seems to me like it is reversed in the family courts and a man cannot even file a descrimination suit.

please any advice would be helped

sincerely very frustated

You get yourself a GOOD - the best attorney according to those you poll in your area - that is experienced in father's rights and preferably a woman......

Okay - leave this site (not permanently....just long enough to do the following...)and go to the search engine you use (I prefer MSN.....) -- type in "father's rights" and your state or "Father's Rights Groups" and your state name ......... this will help you find groups that are organized as resources regarding father's rights in your state -- through these organizations you can obtain information, case law references and most importantly referrals to attornies whom work specifically in father's rights and many of those attornies are VERY flexible in working with you financially.......
