Hello, good day. I hope this meets you well.

I have a really pressing immigration question and I'm hoping you can help me find answers to it.

Hi, I'm a child to a permanent resident who has filled a petition on my behalf. The petition has been approved and I've been eating for my visa category to turn current. I just recently turned 21 and when I inquired about th status of my case, I got this reaponse:

"This case is currently under review for applicability of the Child Status Protection Act (CSPA). You will be notified once a decision is reached. Please be advised that there is no timeframe for this process. Please do not contact the U.S. Embassy or Consulate General, as they will be unable to provide you with further information."

My mom did file to 'freeze' my age when she applied but I'm worried about the message and have the following questions.
1.Does it mean that even after my petition has been approved, they could withdraw it?

2. Is it normal for them to send this message to everyone who has turned 21 even if the petition was filed for them under the CSPA?

3. Does the review really not have an end time?

I'll be anxiously waiting for your response.
Thank you.
