It sounds like you should have hired a lawyer. What is the name of your state? PA... I filed a lawsuit being injured by the city they responded with a motion to dismiss.I responded back with why the suit should not be dismissed, now I've been waiting for 2 months should I file for summary judgment ?

You have provided nothing that would allow anybody to determine if a motion for summary judgment is even reasonable. Given the defendant made motion to dismiss and the judge has not ruled on that yet, for all you know it still may be dismissed on the defendants motion.
Did you simply state the case should not be dismissed or did you rebut their claim of why it should be dismissed? s I've rebutted the claim I've been checking the courts filings online but no response I'll give the clerk a call also..I dont really like to go into detail from past experience here. Im just wondering about a good time frame I see 60 sometimes 90 days or 6 months.
Care to share what the basis of their motion was?
I would also check the case files or address the court clerk to see if there has been any action on the case.
No, you're at an extreme disadvantage by not being represented by a pro. Your matter is akin to performing an appendectomy on yourself. Things like this are better left to the pros. If a pro won't do it, you need to take a hint.

The judge will hand down the ruling when the judge hands down the ruling.
