What is the name of your state? Hawaii

How long does it take to appeal a case, it has been almost a year. Does anyone know how long it usually takes?

My response:

How long has this been goin' on ?
How long has this been goin' on ?

Well your freinds with their fancy persuasions
Can't admit that it's part of the scene
But I can't help but have my suspicions
'Cause I ain't quite as dumb as I seem

And you said you were never intendin'
To break up our secret this way
But there ain't any use in pretendin'
It could happen to us any day

How long has this been goin' on ?

To the writer: You don't mention what type of case this is, or even if you have an attorney representing you on the appeal. If you have an attorney, he should be able to give you a time estimate, but even that won't be accurate. An uneducated guess would be at least another six months to a year before you get a trial date on the appeal, but again, it depends on what type of case it is and whether you filed it on your own or through an attorney.
