What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Washington. Our CC&R's state that each designated property owner is allowed one vote at HOA meetings. There are 33 lots in the tract, 23 are built and occupied and 10 lots remain unsold, owned in the name of the LLC. The owner of the LLC says that he is allowed 10 votes. True?
