NO - we are not asking for any favors - the point was that we have been perfect tenants - she on the other hand is being a poor landlord. Since she decided to sell we have never denied a showing. There have been 5 of them - and another that never showed. Three this past saturday spread out over 5hrs ...

Then today she called wanting to show with 2hrs notice - when we expressed that wasnt good for us she went off the deep end and rushed right over to give us 30 days notice - that to me is not acceptable. Nothing we can do about it though, but to get out as quickly as possible.
