I will try my best to describe it. Since would be confusing.

Okay, Friend of mine got divorced and he had to pay child support 265.00 a month, but he just got married and he had to raised 2 kids and he only makes 9.00 an hour. So the First marriage his wife already had a daughter, but he never adopted her, but his daughter has been at his place all summer and every weekends even his own son too. So why would the judge order him to pay 265.00 since he always have him on holidays, all summer, every weekends. He always end up broke and his debt gets farther behind. So does he have any chance to get a lawyer to fight for a lower child support?? Since the daughter of his ex wife husband has been paying child support but way lower than him and he makes more money than he does. So I am trying to help him out so please give me the answer how to lower the child support

So, delete all of your posts except for one, and then be patient. There are other people who have important issues too.

See a lawyer to try to lower the support payments.

Child support is not seasonal and has nothing to do with how many times the child is at his home during the summer and holidays. Maybe your friend should skip a holiday or a weekend and save that money to pay for his obligated support.
