The Judge Went Against A Plea Agreement And He Was Also Friends With The Victim He Was Sentenced 18 - 45 He Has Been In For 12 And A Half Years Has Never Been In Any Kind Of Trouble Inside And It Was His First Offence. Pleases Do Know That I Am Not In Any Way Tring To Justify What He Did.

why wait 12 years to do something about the sentence? has your friend ever appealed the sentence? what was he convicted of? are you sure the judge did not have discretion to sentence as he pleased?

please don't use the font that has you capitalizing the first letter of every word of your sentence. it's irritating.

i have been out of state for a long time and when i came back i found him when i was doing employee back ground checks. there are three counts 1 agg rob 1 fel asslt and another rob there was a plea bargin and the judge said he was not going for that that he needed to take care of white trash and ride the planet of sick people that would do this to people he was close to. also i tried to get a copy of the court procedings but no one can seem to find them

the time to appeal the sentence has long passed. his only hope is to get parole or probation.
