how to get hired attourney to do the job???

What is the name of your state? FL .

Hello as many of you know on the board I had problems with the neighbor filling in their property causiing my yard to flood during rainy season 6 month in fl . The property has 3 feet of fill over and above code for my area the county will not do a thing ... I have hired a attourney but they don't seem to be doing the job of representing me how do I get them to get off their but ?? I have done all the leg work and documented all facts all suported by experts what should i do????

file civil case against the builder make the new home owner bring their property to code which would require a lot of fill drit removed

Camp out in your lawyer's office till you get some answers.

My guess is that pezcbp wants him to do his job.

I would immediately fire the Attorney and find one that will do his job. There's no reason you should waste your time 'camping out' in his office or begging him for answers. Remember that he is working for, and getting paid by you.
